These help keep this space safe, supportive, and empowering for everyone — especially those navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness. Please take a moment to read through them: 1. Judgment-free zone We honor everyone’s journey. No shaming or negativity toward members. 2. Respect privacy What’s shared here stays here. No screenshots or sharing outside the group. 3. Lead with kindness Many of us are healing or supporting loved ones through difficult seasons. Compassion first, always. 4. No medical or diagnostic advice We can share experiences and tools, but not diagnoses or medical instructions. 5. Keep posts supportive + on-topic Confidence, anxiety, routines, chronic illness support, healing, motivation, mindset growth, and emotional regulation are all welcome. 6. No self-promotion This space is for connection, not selling or recruiting. 7. Use trigger warnings when appropriate Add “TW: topic” for posts involving trauma, abuse, grief, or medical details. 8. Be mindful of your words We speak to each other with care, even during tough conversations. 9. This group isn’t crisis support Please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline if you’re in immediate need. 10. Celebrate each other We uplift wins big and small. Growth deserves recognition.
