This is a community for Christians who lead in the marketplace (managers, business owners, heads of department, team leaders) and who want their faith to shape how they lead, not just sit quietly alongside it on a Sunday. If you've ever felt the pull between what your organisation expects of you and what you know the Kingdom asks of you, you're in the right place. Most of us have been there, and most of us were never really shown how to bring the two together. That's what we're here to work out, together. Scripture is full of people who did exactly that. Daniel served a pagan king with excellence and never bent his knee. Lydia ran a successful business and opened her home to the early church. Nehemiah was a senior servant to the king who rebuilt a city wall and a people with it. They weren't in ministry the way we usually think of it, they were in the marketplace, and that's where God used them. A bit about me I'm Dave. I'm a Performance Partner at 10X Managers, where I spend my working week alongside managers and leaders helping them grow and tackle the challenges that matter most in their organisations. I also wrote Grit, Grime and Glory, a book about finding Jesus in the pains and mysteries of life. What you'll find in here: - Courses that blend theological reflection with practical, tried and tested leadership development - Masterclasses going deeper on one leadership theme at a time - Live Q&A calls where you can bring a real situation you're facing and work through it together - Resources you can download and use with your own team - A free 1-to-1 discovery call with me, so we can work out where you are and what would help you most And just in case you're wondering whether this is for you if you don't feel very "Kingdom" at work right now... it is. Nobody here has it sorted. Grace first, then growth. A few things we agree on together: 1. Don't be a lurker. Get stuck in. The more you share, the more you'll grow (and you'll level up and unlock bonus content as people like your posts). 2. Keep it in the community. What's shared here stays here. That trust is what makes it a safe place to be honest. 3. Respect the material. The courses and frameworks belong to Kingdom Leadership, so please don't pass them on. If someone would benefit, invite them in instead. 4. Be kind. We'll come from different churches, traditions and workplaces. Disagree well, and assume the best of each other.
