So, I realized earlier when I was talking about the social media growth, I should clarify real quick! Currently one video is doing really well on Facebook BUT it is slowly trickling into streams on Spotify, Apple Music, etc ! When a song or video does really good on socials, I’d say it’s just a really good signal that the Song can keep going but you really have to double down and go even harder for it foreal! There is a site musicstax.com that is really good for tracking data on songs. When you drop a record, if you can hit a 20-30% popularity score in the first month; the free streams you get from Spotifys algorithmic playlists can really push the record like crazy!! And getting real people who save, playlist.. listening on repeat is the best data you can give it and best chance of getting it hooked into that algorithm! 😁🤘🏻
