Here's the uncomfortable truth about event business pricing: You're probably charging too little. Not because you're not good. Because you're pricing based on what YOU think you're worth — not what the MARKET will actually pay. A $250 backdrop setup feels scary to charge. A $250 backdrop setup is the LOW end of market rate in most cities. The fix: 1. Google "[your service] pricing [your city]" — actually look 2. Check competitor websites — not just the cheapest ones 3. Price at the MIDDLE of market range, not the bottom You can always come down.
