Congratulations to @Sofie Knak for winning the 14 Kettlebell Challenge, she was the most consistent with the training/nutrition & she was the most engaged in the community 🥳 She was able to lose 4lbs, drop 3% body fat & build 1lb of muscle 💪🏼 Because of this she is the winner of a $500 credit towards coaching 🙌🏽 Show some love to Sofie !🥳🎉

2-week challenge is almost over 🙅🏼‍♀️
Really happy with my progress over the past two weeks. I’m down more than 1 kg of body weight, almost 2% body fat, and up nearly 0.5 kg of muscle 💪🏽 Apparently I also got two years younger in the process 😂 Sticking to my nutrition goals and getting my workouts, decompression sessions, and walks done really paid off. Not every day was easy with broken sleep and everything that comes with mom life 👶 But we made it this far ✔️ Now it’s all about consistency and staying on track.

I wanted to share my journey in hopes to encourage some of you who are new on this fitness journey. I’ve been where you are! I know how it feels to be a beginner and feel the weight of how hard this is! I started working out with kettlebells in 2022. My form was horrible, and I was working out but not losing weight. Fast forward to June 2024.. I saw that Wlad was running a free 14 day challenge… so, I signed up. He set up my macros, gave me feedback on my form and was there for all of my many questions! It was all the pieces I had been missing! I won the 14 day challenge and kept going over the month of July 2024 where I lost inches & lbs! My form improved and it was a game changer for me! I re-joined another 14 day challenge November 2024 and I’ve been with the Kettlebell Academy ever since! I’ve lost 20lbs and I’m down several inches this past 1.5 years! The community and accountability has been exactly what I needed! The fact that you’re here and showing up for your health is the biggest win! We will be here when you’re tired, don’t feel motivated and want to give up! We’ll remind you why you started this journey! (Because you will have those days!) We’ll also be here to cheer on and celebrate your wins and progress! I’m so happy that each of you are here and love seeing you show up to be a healthier version of yourself! You’re going to see great results!
