Hi, everyone! Iโ€™m Brittany.. Iโ€™m 37, Iโ€™m a mom of 3 and Iโ€™ve been with my husband for 17 years! I homeschool our kids and you can find me at the baseball field in my spare time as all of my kids play sports! Iโ€™ve been with the kettlebell academy for 2 years! When I joined the program I was so discouraged. I had come out of a season of so many changes and my health was put on the back burner. I was prioritizing everyone around me and forgot about myself. I joined the academy and Wlad asked my goals and I told him fitness and personal goals. The accountability was HUGE and exactly what I needed to stay the course. Knowing Wlad was going to see my weekly check-ins and know if I was sticking to the plan kept me on track! He encouraged me when I had different struggles and helped me navigate setbacks and shifted my mindset around working out. Focusing on checking the box even if it wasnโ€™t perfect. I also love the community and have made some great friendships to chase goals alongside! They also cheer you on and will be your biggest cheerleaders outside of Wlad! Not only did Wlad give me the blueprint to get stronger with the kettlebell and lose 25lbsโ€ฆ he also pushed me to pursue a personal goal that I never thought would be come a reality! He will push you beyond where you think you can go! For that Iโ€™m so thankful! To have someone believe in you when you donโ€™t believe in yourself. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ My life is forever changed by this academy!

A bit about why the academy is the best ๐Ÿ˜Ž
Happy Friday people ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Hope everyone is having a great week so far ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I want to share a little bit about my journey and why the Academy was the right place for me to end up. In November 2024, I did what many of you are doing now and joined Wladโ€™s 14 Days Challenge. Before that, I had been on a big weight loss journey on my own from 2023 to 2024, going from 106 kg down to 80 kg. Kettlebells were the only tool I used. But I reached a point where I wanted more. I wanted to get better. I wanted to truly understand how to use kettlebells properly and get the absolute most out of my training. Now, a year and 6 months laterโ€ฆ and wow!! So much has changed. My form has improved massively, and Iโ€™ve packed on a lot of muscle. My weight is almost the same, okay 4 kg heavier ๐Ÿ˜… but in a good way. My body composition is completely different. All of this came from following the blueprint Wlad laid out and having a strong community to lean on during the days when you just donโ€™t feel like it! Hopefully, this gives you a little insight into what it really means to be part of The Kettlebell Academy gang ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

2-week challenge is almost over ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
Really happy with my progress over the past two weeks. Iโ€™m down more than 1 kg of body weight, almost 2% body fat, and up nearly 0.5 kg of muscle ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ Apparently I also got two years younger in the process ๐Ÿ˜‚ Sticking to my nutrition goals and getting my workouts, decompression sessions, and walks done really paid off. Not every day was easy with broken sleep and everything that comes with mom life ๐Ÿ‘ถ But we made it this far โœ”๏ธ Now itโ€™s all about consistency and staying on track.
