Really happy with my progress over the past two weeks. Iโm down more than 1 kg of body weight, almost 2% body fat, and up nearly 0.5 kg of muscle ๐ช๐ฝ Apparently I also got two years younger in the process ๐
Sticking to my nutrition goals and getting my workouts, decompression sessions, and walks done really paid off. Not every day was easy with broken sleep and everything that comes with mom life ๐ถ But we made it this far โ๏ธ Now itโs all about consistency and staying on track.
