I created this community because I believe improving health doesn’t need to be rigid, extreme, or overwhelming and because what works can look different for everyone.
I’m 54 and have spent much of my life on the diet roller coaster. I’ve been overweight, tried many ways to lose weight, and experienced the frustration of short-term success followed by regain.
I’ve always loved learning, which led to a long-term interest in the human body, health, and fitness.
Over time, that curiosity turned toward metabolic health and low-carb and ketogenic diets. What began as a way to lose fat and improve energy led to many unexpected benefits too good not to share.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition and low-carb is a spectrum. Habits matter far more than rules and understanding what works for you takes time.
This community is for anyone curious about any form of low carb within a supportive, encouraging and fun space.
