Kept Off is a free community run by Dr. Frank Lee, MD. I've prescribed GLP-1 medications since 2021 and I've taken them myself since 2022 — 70 pounds down and kept off. This is where I answer the questions that don't fit in a YouTube video: food, side effects, the plateau, and what actually happens after the weight comes off.
