Hey! It's January 20th. Most people have abandoned their goals. Any day is a good day to start again. I am cheering for you. I am clapping for YOU! Keep going. Smallest progress is still PROGRESS. What controls everything? Your attitude and perspective. Get that going! I wanted to remind you to have FUN with your goals. Say to yourself, "How can I work on this goal and make it FUN and EASY." It really works. What numbers are you tracking? You do need a metric, or else you are using the Force. Pick something reasonable. You always need awareness. Now... if you haven't actually done it yet... get back into that workbook and look at those initial pages and write down the answers to the questions it asks. If you want to stand at New Year's Eve and smile at the reflection of The Greatest Year of Your Life, you need to complete and use the workbook. It is gold. We become our conversations. Be careful what you say to yourself and to others. We become what we celebrate. Choose wisely. What do you repeatedly say to yourself? Is it positive? What conversations are you having with others? Are they solution-focused? Catch yourself or someone else doing something good and celebrate the heck out of it. Let's go!
