Day 1
These cravings are hitting early, i really wanna get through day 1 successfully Help 😪
🎉 NEW COFFEE HOURS—LET’S DO THIS! 🎉
I’m mixing things up and making it EASIER for more of you to join me! Here’s the new schedule: ☕ COFFEE on Whatnot:Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9 AM ESTSundays at 7 AM EST These are your morning check-ins. Grab your coffee, show up in your PJs if you want, and let’s start the day together. We’ll talk recovery, share wins, process struggles, and remind each other why we keep going. 🌙 WIND DOWN:(staying the same!) End your week with us. Reflect. Decompress. Get ready for Monday. This is your space to breathe. Why I’m Doing This Because I know what it’s like to need someone at 7 AM. Or 9 AM. Or 7 PM. I know what it’s like to wake up and think “I can’t do this today” and need a reminder that yes, you can. I know what it’s like to feel invisible in your recovery and need someone to witness your struggle and your strength. So I’m showing up. Multiple times a week. Because you’re worth it. How to Join 👉 Whatnot Coffee Sessions: • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9 AM EST • Sundays at 7 AM EST Whatnot/keepgoingmovement 👉 Wind Down (Sundays at 7 PM EST): right here in our community No pressure. No judgment. Just coffee, conversation, and community. Whether you show up to every session or just one—whether you talk or just listen—you’re welcome here. One More Thing If you need a bracelet, DM me your address. If you’re struggling today, reply to this post. If you just need someone to say “I see you and you’re doing great”—I see you. And you’re doing great. We’re all going through something we need to keep going to get through. Let’s do it together. See you at coffee. ☕💙 —Lynn P.S. I made 47 new bracelets this week. One of them has your name on it. 💪
Addiction
It only takes ONE bad experience in your life to slip into ADDICTION. ONE death, breakup, failure, injury, unemployment, home loss etc. So stop judging others who are trying to overcome addiction and mental illness, because that could be You tomorrow.
Recovering
I survived what was meant to kill me. Not just the drugs or the alcohol —but the shame, the pain, and the lies. I didn’t just stop using, I started living 👏🏽
Recovery on a Saturday afternoon
I didn't just quit drinking, I started living. Sobriety gave me my life back, one day at a time. Sobriety on a Saturday afternoon : choosing clarity over chaos, peace over parties, gratitude over shame, embracing change instead of remaining the same, and ensuring a great start on Sunday morning.
