New book outline

I'm following the Publisher's Playbooks course. I really like it. I've been following it step by step. I've gotten past my key word and topic selection, created a book cover that's easily readable.

Now I'm working on the outline. I think I'm going to create it by sections rather than individual chapters, in case I want to move things around.

But a question I have is: what other things should be added in the beginning and the end of a book that I should include in the outline? Other than what my book is actually about, if that makes sense.
