Group Updates & Schedule for the week of Dec 1

Hello beautiful people!

This group is still new and growing, but I'm kicking things into gear and working hard to grow this community so we have even more fellow mindful parents and professionals to join us in our self-care journey and support system.

💫 Couple Updates to the Group:

I updated the Group Name to "Yoga for Self-Care." This group name is a little more self-explanatory about what to expect to achieve when you join!
I updated the Group Description to: A place for busy parents and stressed-out professionals who strive for balance between practicing self-care and achieving our ambitious goals. It's a work in progress, but I think this captures who we're attracting and what we're trying to achieve.

Tuesday 1 PM PT - LIVE Training: Foundations of Mindfulness

Wednesday 10 AM PT - LIVE 15-Minute Chair Yoga

Move your body from the comfort of your chair at home or at the office.
Join me LIVE for 15 minutes of chair yoga for a mental and body break that you don't need to change your clothes for. Give yourself a much-needed break in the middle of your day!

We won't be having a Coffee Chat on Friday as I'll be helping host the Jog-a-thon fundraiser at my son's school.
