#8 Wisdom of the day: You are always right.
We can all read in ancient scriptures from around the world that we live in a universe governed by free will. 💟 🤔What does that mean? It means that whatever we choose to think, feel, say, or do — the universe will never judge us, nor will it intervene. 🫢How does this translate into real life? The universe is always reflecting back what we send out. It picks up our vibration and manifests a reality based on that frequency. Let me give you a real-life example… 🥳You’re invited to a party, but you’re unsure about your feelings. Questions swirl in your mind: Who are the other guests? Will I fit in? What will they think of me? You feel anxious, unsure of what to say. You’ve gained weight and don’t feel comfortable in your clothes. 🚦On your way to the party, every traffic light turns red. 🫢At the party, you don’t feel happy. You spill a drink on your dress. 🍹 Embarrassed, you leave early. Then your ego chimes in: "I knew it. All those red lights were a sign I shouldn’t have gone." And just like that, you accept the lie — the illusion — that the universe was warning you not to be there. 🕳️But in truth, the universe wasn’t wasn’t judging you or giving you a signe. 🪞 The Universe Is a Mirror The universe doesn’t judge. It doesn’t intervene. It simply responds to your vibration — your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs — and mirrors them back to you as experiences. When you feel insecure, doubtful, or disconnected, the universe reflects that energy in the form of delays, discomfort, and dissonance. Not as punishment. But as a gentle echo of what you’re sending out. 🧠 The Ego’s Lie The ego loves to interpret discomfort as a warning. It says: “This was a sign. You shouldn’t have gone.” But that’s not truth — it’s fear dressed as wisdom. The real teaching is this: Change your vibration, and the mirror changes too. 🌱 Real-Life Application Before you go anywhere — a party, a meeting, a date — check in with your inner world. 1️⃣ feel: What am I feeling? 2️⃣Listen: What story am I telling myself?

#14 Wisdom of the day: Your Inner Agreements
Becoming Aware of Your Inner Agreements you made as a child! Many of us carry silent “agreements” we made with ourselves long ago — beliefs about life, about who we are, and about what is or isn’t possible. 🧒 These ideas may have felt true at the time, but it’s worth asking: Are they still accurate today? Do they still serve you as an adult❔ Sometimes these old agreements quietly shape our decisions, our confidence, and even our life situations without us noticing. Becoming aware of them is the first step toward choosing new, healthier beliefs that support who you are now — not who you were years ago. Examples of Inner Agreements We Carry Into Adulthood 1. "I must not make mistakes.” - Often formed in childhood when mistakes were punished or judged. - As an adult, this can create fear, perfectionism, or paralysis when trying something new. 2. “I have to please everyone to be accepted.” - Maybe you learned early that approval came only when you behaved a certain way. - As an adult, this can lead to burnout, resentment, or losing your own identity. 3. “I’m not good enough.” - Sometimes rooted in comparison, criticism, or lack of encouragement. - This agreement can limit your confidence, relationships, and opportunities. 4. “Life is supposed to be hard.” - Many people grow up hearing this from family or society. - As an adult, it can make you reject ease, joy, or success because it feels “wrong.” 5. “I must handle everything alone.” - Formed when asking for help wasn’t safe or available. - As an adult, it can block collaboration, support, and emotional connection. 6. “My needs are less important than others’.” - Often learned in families where you had to be the responsible one. - As an adult, this can lead to self-neglect and imbalance. 7. “I shouldn’t expect too much from life.” - A protective belief to avoid disappointment. - But it can also limit your dreams and keep you from aiming higher. If this message resonates with you, feel free to share it in the community. Someone else might need this reminder too. 🤍

The Emotional Frequency Chart
👉The Emotional Frequency Chart shows how emotions carry their own vibration and thus influence the energy and well‑being of our body. High‑frequency emotions such as trust, joy, and gratitude raise the frequency of our body and create connection and vitality, while low‑frequency emotions such as separation/loneliness, guilt/ shame lower the frequency of our body. Yet emotions are always in motion and never fixed; experiencing lower vibrations is a natural part of being humanin this dimension. 🙃These emotions are not meant to be suppressed or feared, but to be felt and experienced. Holding onto them can create stagnation, but allowing them to flow returns our body to a higher energetic state. Feeling and processing emotions does NOT lower your vibration — it is the mental resistance, compensation, or suppression that can weigh the body down. 👀 When we recognize, acknowledge, and fully feel challenging emotions (continuing to feel them in their movement), space opens for your higher vibrations. You are the one who is connected, who is grateful and in marvel, who trusts, who is safe, and who feels deeply valuable within this greater whole. 🤍You naturally bring inner peace back, because you are. 🫶 Feeling your inner world — maintaining inner physical and energetic awareness — activates this process, allowing us to stay aligned with our energy and our potential. 👇The chart reminds us that our vibration is dynamic, and that by experiencing all our emotions unconditionally, we remain our authentic self.

#13 Wisdom of the day: Stress
During my 25 years of guiding people, I have often heard the word “stress” used. 🙃 🤔But what is stress exactly and what causes it? 👉 From my own experience, and that of many others, I define stress as follows: When a person uses their imagination in a destructive way to react to an old story in the mind, or to a situation, person, or event in the outside world, the body produces unpleasant emotions. These emotions are low in frequency and slow down the flow of energy through the body. Especially when more than one unpleasant emotion is produced as a reaction to the mind’s story, the effect is stronger. The body then enters a state of stress because the energy flow is not sufficient to provide the body and organs with the energy they need to function optimally. This is what people feel in their body and describe as very unpleasant. That experience is what we all define as stress. 🥺 👉 What I experience is that you can handle stress very quickly. It all depends on your interpretation of the situation. 🫶Let me clarify this in an easy way to practice in your daily life. 🚗 For example, you are in the car driving to an event — your relationship with time matters. ⏰ You have 10 minutes to get there, and the traffic is bad. Now it is you who has the choice: 1. ‘I only have 10 minutes’ → emotions of lack, powerlessness, rejection, guilt, etc. 2. ‘I have the full 10 minutes’ → emotions of freedom, abundance, trust, etc. You are aware of these choices, and you can take the decision: 1 or 2. ❔My question to you: Which one is unhealthy for your body and makes life difficult to live in, and which one is healing for the body and makes life pleasant? ✔️Can you give me an example from your daily life where you became aware of this and made a change. 🤍 The switch of destructive reaction to constructive reaction. Could feel the different effects in your body? 💪 And did you became aware of the power you have on your life?
