Architects, this weekend we practice the most expensive skill in the world: Peace.

A Consumer is always frantic, always chasing, always loud. An Architect is composed. He/She knows the building is rising because he/she designed it.

Your Weekend Mandate:

Digital Fast: Pick 4 hours this weekend to turn your phone completely OFF. No 'checking' the room. No scrolling. Just silence.
The 'Future Self' Walk: Spend 30 minutes walking through a high-frequency environment (a luxury hotel lobby, a botanical garden, or a high-end neighborhood). Do not shop. Do not spend. Just normalize the frequency.
The Lexicon Challenge: Speak only the language of The Vault for 48 hours. If you catch a 'Poverty Lie' coming out of your mouth, correct it instantly.
