Nasal nad+ dosing
Question for anyone. I have nad+ in a nasal spray. 500 mg per bottle. Just seeing what might be a good dosing. How much mg? And is it daily? I did read the cheat sheet. I need does say depending on the way you're taking the peptide injectable. Mine is just a nose spray, so I didn't see that.
