For those who are new here, here’s a little about my background and why I care so much about player development. I was fortunate to become an NCAA All-American and finished my college career with a .420 career batting average. I went on to play professional baseball where I was named a Professional All-Star, and after my playing career I coached at both the NCAA and professional levels. Now my focus is on helping young players develop the right way — building good swings, fundamentals, baseball IQ, confidence through the mental game of baseball, and work ethic. Not just creating good players, but helping build good athletes and good people. I now run baseball development programs and also work with players remotely through swing analysis and development plans. Feel free to share with your network of baseball people.
