Handmade Pulled Sugar Tutorial
In this video, I show you, step by step, how I make handmade peppermint candies, using the pulled sugar method! All homemade candy is a pretty easy and minimal recipe- sugar, water, corn syrup and flavoring. But its a complicated skill to master the technique of pulling and making the candies, I'm still learning myself. On top of that, it's super hot! So make sure you get some thick, dipped gloves to work with!
