accountability & growth in our game

i think it would be extremely useful if we all held each other accountable for the few things we’re focusing on in game

personally for me it’s these 3 things:

frame: firm identity and standards
a mix of seriousness / playfulness
volume: more women = more success

everybody has their own weakness in their game, maybe just a few small ones, maybe more than you can count, but the idea here is to pick the 1-3 things you most want to improve and to focus solely on those.

trying to solve everything at once will get you nowhere.

if you want, drop the one or more things that you believe require attention and practice in your game right now, so that they may become your strengths with enough exposure and repetition

and most importantly, so that we can all hold each other accountable to our growth and progress in the game
