⚡START HERE ➡️ How to get this program to work for you
Welcome to the Rider Confidence and Mindset program. This community is designed for riders at all stages - from those chasing competitive goals to those who simply love developing their skills and confidence at home. All the content you need is in the classroom tab at the top of the home page. The material you’ll find there is designed to be read or listened to more than once, allowing the ideas to really settle and support you over time. To get the most out of the program, I encourage you to ask questions or raise topics that stand out to you. Ideally, create a post so we can explore it together as a group — chances are, others are thinking about the same thing. If you’d prefer to ask privately, you’re always welcome to DM me. I can open the discussion for the community without attaching your name. I’ll be adding additional subtopics to the modules as we go, and I’ll also create new material based on the questions and conversations that come from this community. Let's go!

🥇🥈🥉 Competition Thread
If you're competing at the moment post it in here. Update us on how you're doing, ask questions or just get some all round good support!
Mindset & confidence
Here’s something that I use as a general structure to think about before, during and after a ride. @Jonathan Mahon do you think there are any things that are on here that I don’t need and is there anything else you would add?
Mindset & confidence
That feeling
Who can relate to that great feeling when you come out the ring after a good round or bad feeling when things done go to plan. Do you think that can affect you mentally for your next round?
That feeling
What battles do you face?
I answered a question in this group the other day: Jump Academy It was regarding that time between classes at a show and how to mentally prepare for the 2nd class. What are the things that stress you out, whether that be at a show or at home? Maybe oddly nervous before doing something you've done a hundred times? Maybe it's when you go to ride when you think your horse might be fresh?
