It’s not linear. It’s not clean. It’s definitely not predictable. But when it’s done right, it trends up. Here’s where families get tripped up. Most daily reflection is emotional, not clear. We judge the process based on how today felt instead of what the work is actually building. The best performers don’t just stay invested when things get uncomfortable. They reinvest.
