Intro to the class
Hi my name is Jamil. I am a Bjj brown belt and have been training in the art for 12 years. I love it and want to share it with you through my instructional. I know everyone had them on YouTube and other apps but thank you for deciding to give me and my teaching a chance. I will be uploading a move of the week every Saturday.
