A little about me: I’ve been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 20 years, with a background in biology and physical therapy, plus 10 years of experience as a paramedic. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful (and realistic) healthy habits can be when they’re designed to fit your life, not take it over.
Inside this community, you’ll learn how to:

-Reach your goals without extreme plans or burnout
-Make health work alongside your hectic schedule—not against it
