This space was created for women with full, busy lives who still want to feel strong, healthy, and confident—without adding more stress to their plates. A little about me: I’ve been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 20 years, with a background in biology and physical therapy, plus 10 years of experience as a paramedic. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful (and realistic) healthy habits can be when they’re designed to fit your life, not take it over. Inside this community, you’ll learn how to: -Build sustainable fitness and nutrition habits -Reach your goals without extreme plans or burnout -Make health work alongside your hectic schedule—not against it This is a supportive, judgment-free space to learn, grow, ask questions, and show up exactly as you are. Hi there! I’m happy to be here, as Jen has been helping me try to crush some long-standing fitness goals! I’ve always been one to lack consistency, so I’m hoping a community that hold me accountable will help keep me going on this journey, as I tend to get rather discouraged quickly! I’m Kelly! I am a nurse, fur mama, awesome wife, and I love to try out new restaurants (probably what brought on this extra 30 pounds šŸ˜‚). I have been seriously focused on my goals for a little over a month! My biggest enemy is the scale, so I’m trying to break that mindset! I love a sense of community, so I’m glad to be here! I look forward to learning and staying consistent! šŸ’š
