A little about me: Iāve been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 20 years, with a background in biology and physical therapy, plus 10 years of experience as a paramedic. Iāve seen firsthand how powerful (and realistic) healthy habits can be when theyāre designed to fit your life, not take it over.
