Combined: Zombie presses, Tuck Jumps, and Belly Wall holds

Haha ok Zombie presses are SUPER fun- and hard.

Tuck jumps- the towel in the hip crease is so HELPFUL!! Game changer

Belly wall holds- slowly feeling progress in the long low back.. but damn it's hard!

Ps- I know I'm a day late, but I'm determined to finish!
