Stop Giving a F*ck – But Do It Properly
Last week we spoke about time to stop giving a fuck. And that sounds powerful But this isn’t about being loud. Or careless Or cutting everyone off It’s about something much quieter It’s about noticing how often you adjust yourself to keep the peace How often you replay conversations. How often you soften your opinion. How often you say yes when your body is saying no Most of us didn’t start doing that randomly. We learned it Belonging felt safe. Approval felt safe. Not upsetting people felt safe So your system learned to monitor everything. That worked once. But now it’s exhausting For me it wasn’t some big dramatic switch. It was small decisions Posting even when I felt exposed. Opening the gym even when I was terrified. Speaking about things that made people uncomfortable. Letting people have opinions about me And realising something important They are going to talk anyway So I chose peace over approval This week inside here we go deeper I want you to notice: • When do you edit yourself? • When do you explain more than necessary? • When do you feel responsible for someone else’s mood? No judgement Just awareness Then ask yourself one question: If nobody was watching… What would I choose today?
