Coltrane or Tennessee Waltz Lick #4 Jazz Legacy – transmitted by Tim Kliphuis Transposed, analysed & video-scored by Ann Vancoillie
I’m excited to start sharing the Tim Kliphuis licks here — the first one (#4) is now available in the classroom.

This lick comes from the jazz legacy, as passed on by Tim Kliphuis, who himself draws from the great masters. Shared with his kind permission.
I transposed this lick into all 12 keys and turned it into a video score for Jazz Line Lab.The live violin version will follow shortly.
