There's a tuner out there called the ROADIE 4 smart automatic tuner. It's one of those automatic string winding tuners that will actually crank the tuner for you and bring the string up to pitch. These have been a dream of mine for many years since I cannot use the standard visually oriented tuners. However, I'm not sure it would be much better than my own ears and the little software app I use called "talking tuner" that tells me when a string is in or near to pitch. Tuning has been a long time frustration for me and I wonder if anybody has heard anything or has any experience with this roadie 4 smart automatic tuner. The reviews are good, for what they're worth, and I've spoken to the manufacturer and they assure me that they have many blind users of their product. So, it would probably be easy for me to use but I'm not sure if it would be worth the $$$.
