I waste around 24 days every year on my phone.

Of course, our phones can be really useful if used correctly ...

... but I definitely DO NOT want to spend a whole month 📆 on my phone!

Sometimes my life gets foggy. I have 1,000 different thoughts going through my mind, and I can't seem to act on any of them.

Every time I try to sit down and do something meaningful, I quickly become bored and pick up my phone, as if it's an automatic decision!
