Is my income considered FDAP as ECI?
Hello! I'm an alien owner of a SMLLC and I want to start invoice to my client using the company name instead my own. Each month I'll receive a fixed amount from the same client, is it considered an income FDAP as ECI (Effectively Connected Income)?
