FinCEN Update: Registered Agent Addresses Now OK for Non-US Resident BOI Reporting 🎉
Attention all non-US resident business owners! If you've been struggling with the BOI address requirements, FinCEN just made a huge change.
The Update:
You can now officially use your registered agent's address as your company's address on the BOI report, Check out the updated FAQ F.12 on FinCEN's website https://www.fincen.gov/boi-faqs#F_12
What This Means:
No more scrambling to find a physical US location! This makes BOI reporting much easier for non-US residents.
