What would you do in the most critical moment in your life?
Imagine depression getting closer. You are completely burned out, nothing brings joy, you have no energy for anything, you are eternitly tired. You're scared you'll never get out of it. Fear is the strongest motivator for action. It's what works when nothing else works. Fear of being left there in need of no one : angry, unhappy and weak.
When fear hits usually people do radical things, change lives, move to a new places, finish relationships, start to meditate, do fasting etc. They change what they dare not change when it is bad, but" still possible to tolerate". And at this critical point we know exactly what to do.
Have you ever had such moments in your life? And where did they lead?
