Had to demand a refund and contact a lawyer.
Today I had to send Daniela a formal demand for a refund, and I was informed by my lawyer that we can contact the FTC and the GA Attorney Generals office to complain, then can file in small claims with a moderate success rate. I was talking to another woman who Ivy League is ignoring, who also was lied to about the trade lines being added and other things. I paid for the SECOND time back in October, and was sent the wrong link immediately, and was told I could get everything but the mortgage approval, because Daniela says so. They lied twice (proof in email submitted to my lawyer) about it being added two different dates, then gave a third date on a call I recorded. Never gave my 30 minute consultation, and they disable customer service from time to time, so people can’t call them. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and I sent her a demand letter that in 7 days if she doesn’t comply, I’ll be suing. I paid $1500 and if no refund I’ll be seeking extra damages. If you’ve been scammed by the company as well, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’ll be happy to add your names and info to the case. This all was wildly unprofessional, but there are ways to get quick justice. Thank you for your time, and yall vet these companies a little better.

Listen Ivy is the Goat of this Credit thing okay. I have seen my scores improve from literally 520 to 690 and 738. Thank you so much girl. Still waiting to move on up but this journey has definitely been worth it.

Absolutely Ridiculous!
It is literally unfair that I take my hard earned money to purchase help and not get what I fully paid for! I paid for Kendra package which comes with a tradeline and I’ve paid for 2 extra tradelines! I never asked for a handout you call the price and I paid even when I didn’t have it! It is totally unfair that I’ve been calling and trying to get my tradelines that I paid for rightfully with no resolve! Paying anyone $1500 plus should come with a certain level of customer service and I’m met with having to beg for what I paid for! I would like to have my tradelines added to my account or I would like my money back! If none of the above can be done respectfully I would be taking this to court and I have all documentation! Thank you!
