Absolutely Ridiculous!
It is literally unfair that I take my hard earned money to purchase help and not get what I fully paid for! I paid for Kendra package which comes with a tradeline and I’ve paid for 2 extra tradelines! I never asked for a handout you call the price and I paid even when I didn’t have it! It is totally unfair that I’ve been calling and trying to get my tradelines that I paid for rightfully with no resolve! Paying anyone $1500 plus should come with a certain level of customer service and I’m met with having to beg for what I paid for! I would like to have my tradelines added to my account or I would like my money back! If none of the above can be done respectfully I would be taking this to court and I have all documentation!
