About Me
If you’re new to exercise, my story might make you feel better.
I lived a sedentary lifestyle until my late 20s and was overweight for much of my life, starting a new diet every Monday… and giving up by Tuesday.
In 1997 I began working at a leading investment bank in the City of London. Long hours at my desk quickly took their toll, so I joined the corporate gym. My first visits were dreadful, but slowly exercise became a habit and then a passion.
After two pregnancies where I gained around 5 stones (30kg) each time, I managed to get back into shape within a year.
Over time I realised many people avoid exercise not because they’re lazy, but because they’re in pain.
Helping people overcome joint pain caused by sedentary lifestyles and guiding them back into movement became my niche.
Welcome to The Pain Reset Hub. Most people don’t need hard workouts, they need the right movements for their body.
