OK, so I'm not a YouTube star. This is only like the 4th video I've ever made of myself. Anyways, at the expense of my embarrassment, here is a second intro video where I used a better camera with mic. I haven't edited this at all, that will be my next step. It might be better than the last one. This one has some motion that I didn't intend, I hope it doesn't make you seasick. Glad to be here. I joined because I’m genuinely interested in learning how different community owners are approaching growth, engagement, and value, first building. I’ve been experimenting a lot lately with showing up more intentionally commenting, asking better questions, and learning from what’s actually working (and not working) for others.
