So there I am one night, feeling down and gross. Struggling with weight & self confidence, facing the harsh feeling reality of "I have my cousin's wedding in a month, at a beach, on a tropical island".
At the same time I'm facing another internal struggle.. "What the hell am I going to do with this Skool Group account I have already signed up for?"...
And then it clicked. This.. This Group..
Full disclosure, I want to be a Fitness & Wellness Coach. I do already have some experience, but I struggle with the idea of "Why would anyone hiring a Fitness Coach when he looks like sh*t!?".
Enter Skool.. Here on Skool, I will be holding myself accountable, publicly. I will be checking in everyday, with daily Weigh-In. I will talk about the theories I have, and research I have done, to develop the program I will be following for the next month. The BAM Program.
In this group you will also find discussions about said research, and the science backing it up. I will cover exercise, diet, discipline, motivation, & more.
I have TWO, & only two goals for this group.
- ποΈ Get as fit and as confident, as possible, for my cousin's wedding a month from now
- π₯ Build a strong community & support group for others whom are also struggling with the same challenges I have faced, thus giving me the ability to launch my Coaching career.
