The first 30 minutes of your day determine the next 14. Not because of magic. Because of one mechanical truth: whatever you put into your nervous system first runs your software all day. Phone first = reactive all day. Silence first = centered. Movement first = alert. One written decision first = North Star. The four-step sequence: 1. Hydrate. Water at the bedside. Drink before you touch the phone. 2. Move. Five minutes minimum. Twenty if you can. 3. Mental clarity. Three minutes of silence OR one written intention for the day. 4. Fuel. Real food.
