Pete Fry has spent over 20 years doing two things seriously - training the body and studying Kung Fu.
He began studying Hung Kuen Kung Fu in 2002, earned his black sash in 2007, and reached the level of Sifu in 2022 after two decades under his teacher.
Alongside that, he built a career as a personal trainer from 2008 and a movement and biomechanics specialist from 2014 - helping athletes from all backgrounds overcome pain, injury and the limitations that conventional training couldn't fix.
Iron Wire Training is where both worlds meet. Using his knowledge of biomechanics and energy systems, Pete has created a system that builds real strength, power and resilience - in as little as 20 minutes a day.
