Nice to meet you!
Hey everyone, I’m Ethan Radcliffe. I’ve been investing in real estate for a little over 20 years now and currently manage a portfolio of more than a thousand units across multifamily and mixed-use properties. My 25-year wealth thesis is built around durability and optionality. I believe wealth isn’t just about growing assets, but preserving and compounding them through cycles. Real estate, to me, serves as the foundation of that plan it’s tangible, cash-flowing, and an incredible hedge against inflation. Over the next few decades, my focus is on transitioning from active acquisitions toward legacy asset management creating stable, self-sustaining communities that can fund new investments in housing innovation and sustainable development. The goal isn’t just to grow a portfolio, but to strengthen generational wealth and build a lasting footprint in every market I operate in.
