These are my tools, resources and software components that will help me run my wholesale deals for the rest of the year. Mind the obvious I have the following in place to maximize my results.
✅-7 Inbound Marketing Channels (Free and Paid)
✅-7 Disposition Options (Paid and Free/Private)
Although some days I feel both should be 10 but 7 is superior as well. Increasing KPI’s and breaking even.
Allowing me to streamline the entire process that will allow me to wait for booked appointments, make offers and move deals to closing within 7-10 business days.
Granted, some offers will be rejected but this will allow me to make multiple offers on a daily basis (5-10) to get me to 3 signed contracts a month.
This is my journey to my first $100,000 and I am happy to have found a group that can grow with me on this journey.
