My current status with S8
Hi I'm currently a property owner through an lc llc set up.
The property is in Detroit. I purchased in December 2025.
Currently I am having an un responsive property manager.
There has been some plumbing issues and I will have to do some repairs. I am an out of country owner as I'm a Canadian.
The tenant is with holding rent.
From this group I'm looking to well ...vent, seek advice. Learn more and I plan to keep going with buying more properties. I went to learn how to be successful at this
