Hi I'm currently a property owner through an lc llc set up. The property is in Detroit. I purchased in December 2025. Currently I am having an un responsive property manager. There has been some plumbing issues and I will have to do some repairs. I am an out of country owner as I'm a Canadian. The tenant is with holding rent.
