Hey guys! I wanted to see if anyone had some advice for me...I am getting ready to put an offer in on a home that is essentially turn key, in a great neighborhood and the numbers all work out with all of Josephs criteria (>15% IRR, cash flow>$400 etc). However when I go on zillow and affordable housing in the same neighborhood there are a few homes that are currently listed for section 8. Is this a good or a bad thing? They all seem to have been on there for only two weeks and I did message one of the listing agents and said one had already been leased. So would you take this as a good market for section 8 and to not be worried or would you be concerned about competition? Thank you all!
