Trouble with Apex-

Hello, am new to the group and after watching the training videos multiple times, paper trading live for a few weeks, lurking on this message board ... purchased a couple EAs with Apex. Having trouble with the set up between Apex - Tradovate - Trading View.

Believe that I had done everything correctly but when doing the last step to connect Tradingview with Tradovate kept getting the "Error! Failed to log in..." when using my Apex username and password even though had activated Tradingview add-on and paid the $9.99 (and Tradovate said it was activated); however, when I used my Tradovate password the accounts connected.

Am interested to know if the activation was done correctly as next to the Tradovate icon on my Tradingview page says DEMO with a set of numbers and not Apex with account number. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks
