still trying to get a grasp on my supply/demand blocks

Is it correct that there are no opportunities to draw any blocks in the circled area due to:

1. nothing closing under my demand block or above my supply block AND

2. nothing closing below my trend low or above my trend high?

There are ups and downs in that area, but if I understand correctly, these wouldn't be "big money" moves.
