One platform for everything?

I used to trade Forex with Oanda as my broker. I could use their chart for setting up and placing trades.

Is it realistic to think I can use Ninja Trader for everything here with futures trading? Do I have to have Tradeovate in addition to Ninja Trader?

I would prefer keeping it as simple as possible, but I'm not trying to reinvent Kyle's wheel.
