In case anybody comes across this..
I was trading fine all day and then out of nowhere close to the end of day, i was getting this message on both desktop and mobile. The Tradeovate agent replied saying when that occurs there’s normally a 60 minute cool down period before being able to link the two again. I’ll update folks that i’m able to connect within the hour 🤞🏽
