Day 5: Main Character WALK
Today’s task: Take a walk, but make it about you. If the weather doesn’t allow an outdoor walk, walk slowly around your home instead. As you walk, close your eyes for a few seconds at a time and imagine you’re stepping into the shoes of the person you are today, not who you used to be, not who you are trying to become. Notice what you feel. Notice what you carry. Notice what you’re ready to leave behind.
Day 5:  Main Character WALK
Day 3: Clean That One Spot, Bestie
We are officially on Day 3. In numerology, 3 is the energy of momentum, creativity, and light wins. Translation: today is not about doing the most. It’s about doing something that makes you feel proud. Today’s task: Clean one spot, one area, one surface. A counter. Your nightstand. The passenger seat. That one corner that’s been judging you. Set a 3–10 minute timer and make it cute. Toss trash, wipe down, reset it. Because when one space looks better, your brain breathes. Comment “DONE” when your one spot is reset.

We’re kicking off 28 Days of Self-Love, one small action at a time, and today is Day 1. Today’s action: Drink a full glass of water. 💧That’s it. Simple, intentional, and for you.
