Welcome to the Intuitive Alchemy Academy! Before you do anything else, read this completely. It will save you confusion and get you moving in the right direction immediately. 🏛️ WHAT THIS PLACE IS This is not a content library. This is an elite training institution built on the Intuitive Alchemy Method™ — a proven system for developing your intuition, transforming your identity and learning to apply both in real time. You are not here to passively consume. You are here to become someone entirely new. The Great Hall (where you are now) is your central gathering place. Announcements, discussions, wins, support and community all move through here. This is where the Academy comes alive and where your presence is felt. 🗺️ WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW You are inside the Academy. You have three phases ahead of you. They are sequential. You do not skip ahead. Each one builds on the last. ⚜️ PHASE ONE: ORIENTATION & BASIC TRAINING 👉 Everything in Phase One lives inside the Start Here module in your Classroom. Work through it in order. Do not jump ahead. Step 1 — Orientation This walks you through how the Academy works, how to navigate everything and what to expect. It is short. It is essential. Do it first. Step 2 — The Sorting Ceremony 🔮 This is one of the most important things you will do inside this Academy. The Intuitive Alchemy Academy is structured around four Elemental Houses — each one representing a different dominant intuitive type and a different approach to development, manifestation and psychic growth. You will complete the sorting ceremony before beginning and you will be sorted into one of the four houses. ⚜️ THE FOUR HOUSES: 🔥 House of Wands — Fire Driven by inspiration, vision and creative momentum. Your intuition moves fast and speaks through downloads, impulses and creative fire. You are a channel and a builder. 🌊 House of Cups — Water You feel everything deeply. Your intuition speaks through emotion, sensation and empathic knowing. You sense energy before a word is spoken. You are a healer and a receiver.

This week's lesson is live inside the classroom! This week we go into behavior — the place where everything you have been working on shows up in your actual daily life. You have learned to observe. You have learned to see through the noise. This week you find out which voice has been running your actions all along. Before anything else — if you have not yet opened the Ego vs Intuition Tool from Monday's post, do that first. It is the foundation for everything in the lessons this week. What you need to do today: - Watch this week's lesson video in the classroom - Open the Ego vs Intuition Tool - Work through Lessons 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 in the classroom at your own pace — watch them in order - Read your Week Three Companion Guide and find your house section - Head to your common room and read your Operation Override directive 🏆 - Come back here and comment DONE ✅ with your house name once you have watched the lesson video and read your directive inside your house common room Your one question to carry through the week: "Which voice just spoke — and how do I know?" 🏆 WEEK THREE HOUSE CHALLENGE — OPERATION OVERRIDE
Last week you interrogated your noise. This week you stop it in its tracks. Operation Override is simple. Every time you catch an ego-driven behavior activating this week — before it runs — you override it with a signal-driven action instead. Then you log it below. That is the mission. Not catching it after the fact. Not recognising it in hindsight. Catching it in the moment — before the behavior completes — and choosing differently. What counts as an override: You catch yourself overthinking a decision you already have the answer to — and you act on the signal instead. You catch yourself waiting to feel ready before you move — and you take the step before the feeling arrives. You catch yourself polling everyone around you before trusting yourself — and you go with what you already know. You catch yourself starting something new right when the current thing needs your attention — and you return to what matters. You catch yourself building a case for why now is not the right time — and you move anyway. How to earn points this week: Every member who logs at least two completed overrides in their common room earns points for their house. An override is not just catching the behavior — it is catching it and choosing differently. Both parts count. Log them both. Bonus points for the house that documents the most complete override — the ego behavior, which voice was driving it, the signal directive that arrived underneath it, and the action taken instead. Before you begin: Open the Ego vs Intuition Tool. Identify which ego-driven behaviors show up most for you. Those are the ones to intercept this week. Then head to your common room, read your directive, and begin the operation. 🗡️ House of Swords — your override this week is catching the analysis before it buries the knowing. The moment you have built three bullet points of reasoning against something you already know — stop. Act on the first knowing.

🌿 WEEK THREE — MIDWEEK CHECK IN🫂❤️
We made it halfway through the week 3. Time is FLYING. I want you to pause for a second and let's do a check in. How are you doing RIGHT NOW? What are you dealing with? This week has asked something real from you. Catching your ego before it runs. Staying in the room with the uncomfortable behavior. Listening for the directive underneath the commentary. That is not surface level work and it does not always feel clean or linear while you are in it. Sometimes it can be REALLY hard, especially ego work. So I want to know where you actually are right now. Pick one: 🟢 In it. The work is landing and I can feel something shifting. 🟡 Somewhere in the middle. Some days clear, some days the ego is winning. 🔴 Struggling. The noise is loud this week and I am not sure I am hearing anything. Drop your colour and your house name below and what's coming up for you. Let's talk about it. And if you are sitting in the red, that is not failure. That is the ego doing exactly what it does when the work gets close to something real. Honor it if need be for what it is. You're doing great. ⚔️CURRENT HOUSE STANDINGS & LAST WEEK CHALLENGE WINNERS🏆
We are officially at the halfway point of the term and what a journey it has been so far!! Every house has been putting in the work across the academy and it is all reflecting in the standings. The competition is real, the gaps are closer than they look, and there is absolutely everything still to play for in the second half of the term. Do not get comfortable. Do not get discouraged. Keep pushing, do NOT allow yourselves to go backwards or lose momentum — the second half of the term is where champions are made. Notice: You earn points by showing up and contributing and providing value to your peers, NOT just during challenges or for completing tasks. You are rewarded for leadership, providing value, encouragement, and support. Your house standings reflect your effort across the whole Academy so dont feel like your points don't matter if you're not up to date with the schedule. You are rewarded and recognized simply for being an active member. Well done to every member of Swords who contributed! You represented your house brilliantly. Cups, Wands, and Pentacles, good effort from those who participated. It was neck and neck. Your contributions did not go unnoticed!! 📌A Word on Participation — This Is Important!! We need to have an honest conversation.... Week one was SO electric. The energy was there, the houses were fired up, and it showed. But we are now almost at the end of week three and only 3 people have shown up to this week's challenge. Three. That is not a house competing for a cup, that is a handful of people carrying the weight for everyone else.
