This week the investigation turns inward. Your mission this week is to take your most persistent thought pattern — the one that keeps showing up, the one that sounds the most convincing, the one you have let walk free the longest — and sit it down. Three questions. No escape. 🔍 What are you protecting me from? 🔍 What have you been costing me? 🔍 What is the signal underneath you? Write your answers in the comments below..
